EDTC 6320, Technology Leadership in Education, is designed to provide educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively lead and manage technology integration initiatives in educational settings. The course explores various aspects of technology leadership, including strategic planning, professional development, policy development, and ethical considerations.
Throughout the course, students will examine theoretical frameworks and practical strategies for fostering technology-rich learning environments that promote student engagement, achievement, and digital citizenship. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the role of technology leaders in facilitating change, promoting innovation, and addressing equity issues in education.
